How long does delivery take?
We pack in 1 to 4 days, then tracked shipping takes 5 to 15 business days. You get the tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, by email once it is dispatched. It can take a few days to start updating, that is normal.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Tracked everywhere, free over £80.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only before it ships. Email support@solarstyle.org with your order number as soon as you can and we will sort it.
How do the sizes run?
True to size. Between sizes, or want it baggier, go up. Every product page has a size guide.
Can I return it if the size is wrong?
No. We do not take returns or exchanges for sizing, so check the size guide before you order.
What if it is faulty or you sent the wrong thing?
Message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it, credit you or refund you.
Is everything in the photo included?
Yes. On a fit, every piece in the photo comes with it at that price. Nothing is sold separately.
It says delivered but I do not have it.
Check with neighbours and anyone else at your address first, then message us with your order number and we will trace it.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 to 48 hours, every day.
