Thank you for shopping with Solar Style. If something is wrong with your order, we will put it right.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@solarstyle.org with your order number and clear photos. Depending on the case we will offer a replacement, store credit or a refund.
Orders that have not arrived
Delivery takes 5 to 15 business days. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, contact us and we will trace it and put it right.
Sizing and fit
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or fit, so please check the size guide on each product page before you order. If we sent the wrong size, that counts as a wrong item and the section above applies.
Wrong shipping address
If you entered the wrong address, email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that we cannot change it and cannot be responsible for a misdelivery.
Good to know
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be unworn and in original condition to be considered for a resolution
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days

How long does delivery take?
We pack in 1 to 4 days, then tracked shipping takes 5 to 15 business days. You get the tracking link by email the moment it ships.
How do the sizes run?
True to size. Between sizes, or want it baggier, go up. Every product page has a size guide.
Can I return it if the size is wrong?
No. We do not take returns or exchanges for sizing, so check the size guide before you order.
What if it is faulty or you sent the wrong thing?
Message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it, credit you or refund you.
