We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a major issue with your order.

What qualifies for a refund or store credit?

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly delayed, we’re here to make it right. Based on your case, we offer:

  • Partial refunds to the original payment method
  • Full refund in store credit if sufficient proof is provided


To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@solarstyle.org. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We handle all claims with fairness and intent to resolve.

Wrong Shipping Address?

Mistakes happen. If you entered the wrong address, email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After that window, we can no longer change the address—and cannot be held responsible for misdeliveries.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition to be considered for a resolution
