Shipping Policy

At Solar Style, we partner with trusted fulfillment centers worldwide to bring your streetwear straight to your door. We process orders within 1–4 business days of your purchase, and as soon as your items are handed off to our shipping partners, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days after shipment, though most orders arrive within 7–10 days of you receiving your tracking code. Please note that these timeframes can vary due to customs procedures, local holidays, or carrier delays.

Because we work with multiple warehouses, your items may ship separately and arrive in different packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment so you can follow each package’s progress.

We charge a flat shipping rate of £3.99 on all orders. Any import duties or taxes assessed by your country’s customs are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.

If you need to correct a shipping address, please email support@solarstyle.org within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, orders enter fulfillment and we cannot reroute packages.

In the rare event that your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@solarstyle.org with your tracking number and photos of any damage. We’ll work with the carrier on your behalf and offer a resolution—whether that’s a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement.
