Shipping Policy
We pack your order in 1 to 4 business days. The moment it leaves the warehouse you get a tracking link by email.
Tracked shipping takes 5 to 15 business days after dispatch, and most orders land in 7 to 10 days from the moment the tracking code arrives. Customs, local holidays and carrier delays can push that out.
We ship from more than one warehouse, so an order with several pieces can arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.
Shipping is a flat £3.99, and it is free on orders over £80. Any import duty or tax your country charges is yours to pay and is not included in the shipping fee.
Need an address corrected? Email support@solarstyle.org within 24 hours of ordering. After that the order is in fulfilment and we cannot reroute it.
If tracking says delivered and nothing arrived, or the parcel turns up damaged, email support@solarstyle.org with your tracking number and photos. We take it up with the carrier and sort it, which may be a replacement, store credit or a refund.

How long does delivery take?

How do the sizes run?
True to size. Between sizes, or want it baggier, go up. Every product page has a size guide.
Can I return it if the size is wrong?
No. We do not take returns or exchanges for sizing, so check the size guide before you order.
What if it is faulty or you sent the wrong thing?
Message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it, credit you or refund you.
